way. Every minute of each module has been
carefully planned.
Each module must be watched in full and to completion. Progression cannot happen until each module has been watched in its entirety to ensure you have not missed an important piece of information.
Example: You have taken similar training in the past and decide to fast-forward or skip to the end of a module. You will not be able to move forward until you watch the current module again in full.

Returns and Refunds
If the course has not been started – refund
requests will be accepted up to fifteen (15)
calendar days from enrollment.
If the course has been started and/or completed, refunds will not be issued.

exchanged for a different course of equal or
lesser value by contacting us.
Typically, you can expect to see a refund on
your credit card within 1-4 business days
depending on the credit card company’s
processing times.
