Courses are designed to work on any device
that has a stable internet connection.
Courses can be paused on one device and
resumed on a different device. Devices
include:

• Mobile phones

Example: A course may be started on a
tablet, paused, and resumed on a computer
or mobile phone at a later time.

Each course is designed to deliver the
content in the most effective and efficient
way. Every minute of each module has been
carefully planned.


Each module must be watched in full and to
completion. Progression cannot happen until
each module has been watched in its entirety
to ensure you have not missed an important
piece of information.
Example: You have taken similar training in
the past and decide to fast-forward or skip to
the end of a module. You will not be able to
move forward until you watch the current
module again in full.

Our success rate is 98.9%, we are confident
you will be successful if you are diligent
about your training.

In the event you fail a final exam, you will
have up to 3 attempts to pass. If all 3
attempts result in a fail, you will be required
to take the course again.
